Thanks for supporting my home salon! To keep things running smoothly and make sure everyone gets the best experience possible, here are some policies to keep in mind:
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, I totally get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or don’t show up for your appointment, you may be charged 50% of the service you booked for. This helps cover the time set aside just for you.
Late Policy
Please try to arrive on time for your appointment so I can give you the best service possible!
If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be adjusted or rescheduled. This is especially important to keep in mind during the holiday season.
I’ll always do my best to fit you in, but I also want to respect the time of all clients!
Re-do Policy
Your happiness is the whole point!
If you’re not happy with your service, please reach out within 5 days of your appointment for a complimentary revision.
Redo appointments must be booked within 2 weeks of your original service date. This policy helps ensure your results are fresh and any adjustments are quick and easy.
